About The Program
The aim of the activity was to promote student mental health and wellbeing by creating an engaging, nature-themed space where students could relax, have conversations, and reconnect with their child-like wonder.
It focused on reducing stress and encouraging social interaction in a light, creative environment.

These actions aimed to create a welcoming environment where students felt supported and could momentarily escape academic stress.
Reflections & Learnings
What I Learned
Through this experience, I learned:
- The importance of small, mindful activities in supporting mental wellbeing
- How approachable conversations and simple gestures can make students feel more connected and included
- Event organization skills, teamwork, and how to adapt to students' needs in a dynamic setting
What I'd Do Differently
Next time, I would suggest incorporating more interactive elements like:
- Quick mindfulness exercises
- A feedback board to let students share their wellbeing tips
This would encourage more participation and continuous improvement of the event.
